County warns of rain

Announcement from Fire and Emergency Services:

There is a potential for mainly freshwater urban flooding caused by heavy rain across the Tri-State area Wednesday night through Thursday as low pressure moves north along the coast. Additionally, with a New Moon predicted on Wednesday, September 24, there is a potential for minor tidal flooding during this time, possibly exacerbated by heavy rain.
