YOUTH SYMPHONY ANNOUNCES ONLINE REGISTRATION

The Southern Hudson Valley Youth Symphony has announced that online registration is now available for its Advanced Full Orchestra. Students from Orange, Putnam, Rockland, and Westchester counties are eligible to participate. Requirements involve auditions through the New York State School Music Association (NYSSMA). Scores of 98 or higher on Level V solos, or scores of 94 or higher on Level VI solos guarantee admission into the ensemble. Students who play selected string, woodwind, brass, and percussion instruments are invited to join the organization.
