Thousands Raised for Helen Hayes Hospital Foundation by Lynch’s Restaurant

Rockland County – The Dine to Donate and Celebrity Bake-Off benefit event at Lynch’s Restaurant for the Helen Hayes Hospital Foundation took place this past Friday, July 18, raising several thousand dollars. Lynch’s Restaurant donated 15 percent of the day’s proceeds to the Helen Hayes Hospital Foundation.

Over 100 people were in attendance for the Celebrity Bake-Off event. Several of the celebrity bakers that were present were Lou Falco, Ken Zebrowski, Michael Grant, Geoffrey Finn, Paul Piperato, Laurie Tautel, representative from Assemblyman Skoufis, and the winning baker, Helen Hayes Hospital’s very own Nancy Ferrato.

The Celebrity Bake-Off also included live, Irish music from Roddy Harrington and Sarah Buteaux, a raffle for two baskets of Guilty Pleasures, and a 50/50 raffle which was won by Helen Hayes Hospital’s summer intern, Morgan Mason.

“It was so great to see such a large and enthusiastic crowd come out for the Celebrity Bake-Off this past Friday,” said Jeanne. “We had such a great show of support from many of our local political leaders, who baked delicious desserts and who are always so supportive of these events. My family and I were honored to be part of this and will continue to participate in future events to support the Helen Hayes Foundation.”
