Suffern residents Gary W. Crockett, 41, and Nickie Circelli, 40, were found by rescuers in the Hudson River 1,000 yards south of the George Washington Bridge yesterday, and died shortly after getting pulled out of the water.

Suffern PD is hosting a press conference tomorrow at 10 a.m. for a “suspicious death.” Police have not confirmed whether the pair jumped or fell via some other means.

Port Authority Police said no note was found.  Workers had reported seeing something fall from above to below out of the corners of their eyes, prompting the attention of police.

The pair was brought to 125th Street Pier, Cliffview Pilot reported, and then rushed to St. Luke’s-Roosevelt Hospital where they were pronounced dead soon after.
