Christine Theodore, a Spring Valley village judge, announced recently that she is seeking the position of Ramapo Town Justice. Theodore has been a village judge for seven years. She said her campaign will put an emphasis on her experience and qualifications. Theodore said she is “innovative and fair” as justice.
