Come on Down! Contestant Search for “The Price is Right” to be Held at Empire City Casino

Popular game show seeks two contestants from New York area

“Come on Down!” will be the call to post at Empire City Casino on Tuesday, August 20, as contestants have a chance to take the first step to compete and win big on “The Price Is Right.” The iconic CBS television game show comes to the Yonkers casino from noon to 3 p.m. searching for two winners to be potential contestants on the show.

Fans and applicants alike are welcome to enter at Empire City starting at midday when “The Price Is Right” contestant search kicks off. Applicants will have the opportunity to explain why they want to be a contestant on “The Price Is Right,” and two lucky winners from the New York search will be flown to Los Angeles to see the show and have a chance to be called as a contestant on “The Price is Right!”

“The Price Is Right” contestant search will be held in the Good Time Room on the third floor of the casino. Participants must be a U.S. legal resident 18 years of age and over, answer questions such as “Why do you want to be on The Price Is Right?” and have a completed application and eligibility form.

Eligibility restrictions may exist if you’ve recently been on other game shows or on “The Price Is Right” in the past decade.
