Boston on Lockdown; One Suspect Dead, Authorites Closing in on Second

As you’ve surely heard authorities identified the bombing suspects as Tamerlan Tsarnaev, 26, and Dzhokhar A. Tsarnaev, 19 of Cambridge, Massachussets. The brothers apparently gained residence in the United States as refugees. The pair fought with police last night in Watertown, MA, with Tamerlan and one police officer dead as a result.

Dzhokhar has been on the run with police and feds potentially closing in on him. The authorities have put the much of the City of Boston on “lockdown.”

The brothers were born in an area of Russia near Chechnya and have been identified as Muslims, with the elder brother being described as “religious.”

Early reports paint a picture of the elder brother Tamerlan possibly roping the younger brother Dzhokhar into radicalism, as the younger brother appears to have formerly been a gifted student and “normal kid.”
