STONY POINT POLICE DEPARTMENT:

AGGRAVATED UNLICENSED OPERATION
Linnea A. Barak, age 40, residing at 229 W. Main St. Apt. 2, Stony Point NY, was arrested on March 17, 2013 for aggravated unlicensed operation in the third degree. The defendant was arrested after a vehicle and traffic stop determined that she was operating a motor vehicle while her privilege to do so was suspended for failure to pay driver responsibility assessment. Additionally, the defendant was operating without a valid NYSDLIC. The defendant was arrested, processed and issued numerous traffic tickets returnable April 18, 2013 at 1:30 p.m.

AGGRAVATED UNLICENSED OPERATION
Brian Estrella, age 22, residing at102 Samsondale Ave., West Haverstraw, NY, was arrested on March 15, 2103 for aggravated unlicensed operation in the second degree. The defendant was arrested after a vehicle and traffic stop determined that he was operating a motor vehicle while his NYSDLIC was suspended. The defendant was arrested, processed and issued numerous traffic tickets returnable April 18, 2013 at 1:30 p.m. He was released after posting $200 cash bail.
